Important Update: Loan Payment Service Transition

Effective July 1, 2026, Santa Barbara County Federal Credit Union will begin using a new provider for online loan payments.

Members currently enrolled in recurring ACH loan payments from an external financial institution do not need to take any action. Existing recurring ACH payment schedules have been transferred to the new platform and are expected to continue without interruption.

What You Need to Know

• Recurring ACH payments remain free of charge.
• Same-day payments must be submitted by 11:00 AM Pacific Time to be processed that business day.
• The new payment platform accepts ACH payments and debit card payments only. Credit card payments are no longer supported.
• Debit card payments are subject to a $5 convenience fee per transaction.
• Debit card payments are limited to $1,500 per transaction.
• Recurring payments can no longer be established using a debit card. Members wishing to set up recurring payments should use ACH payments from a checking or savings account.
