Multi Factor Authentication/eStamp Initial Setup:

eStamp is a security feature which enables you to verify that you are communicating with your credit union and not with someone else.  Whenever you login to Home Banking, your personal eStamp and phrase will be displayed.  Only after you verify that your eStamp is correct, will you be asked for your password.  You must select an image and a unique phrase to identify the Credit Union website.

Multi-Factor Authentication is a new security feature we have introduced to watch for uncharacteristic or unusual behavior involving your account.  If anything out of the ordinary is detected, we will ask you to verify your identity.  On your first login, you will need to setup 3 challenge questions which will be used to verify your identity.

Logging in:

  1. Provide your username to log in
  2. Press continue
  3. Verify eStamp image and passphrase,  If this is your first time logging in, you will have to set up your eStamp image, passphrase and security challenge questions
